'A-la-Carte' Steak and Ale with a Puff Pastry Lid Ready Meal

This ain't any ordinary Pie. This is a Herefordshire Steak and Ledbury Ale pie. 

What makes this different from any pie (Not form Wallers)? 

Well, let me tell you - We cook the beef nice and slowly in the award winning 'Ledbury Ale'. This is brewed just less than half a mile away from our shop, how good is that! We also use balsamic vinegar but don't tell everybody.... Then nearly ready, we compliment with mushrooms, onions and selection of herbs, giving it a truly honest and rounded flavour. All topped off with a puff pastry lid.

Simply delicious.
