How do you ensure the meat stays fresh during delivery?

All orders are packed in specially designed temperature-controlled insulated boxes with gel ice packs to ensure your products remain at a safe, chilled temperature for up to 48 hours.

Where does DT Waller and Sons source its meat?

We pride ourselves on sourcing the highest quality livestock from local farms that prioritize animal welfare and traditional husbandry methods.

When will my order arrive?

Standard deliveries are typically made Tuesday through Friday. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Can I freeze the products I receive?

Yes, most of our products are suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery and consuming within 3 months for optimal quality.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Do you offer specific cuts that are not listed on the website?
